Artist’s Statement:
Working in acrylics, gouache, ink and watercolor on canvas and paper, my primary focus is brilliant color in expressionist design, often based on nature.  It reflects my Texas roots and love of the Southwest, though not described as "western",  but as "richly imbued with great color and movement."  It is often abstract though at times representational.
